Product Warranty

All Titanium Rings purchased from TitaniumWeddingRings.co.nz are guaranteed titanium, new, and entitled to a full warranty.

Our obligations and options under the warranty are limited solely to replacing the ring with the same style or a style of comparable value, when we, at our sole discretion, consider that it is not practicable to repair the ring. TitaniumWeddingRings.co.nz is not liable for incidental or consequential damages for failure or malfunction of the product and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for the product.

In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to present proof of purchase.

Pricing

TitaniumWeddingRings.co.nz reserve the rights to update all pricing on the TitaniumWeddingRings.co.nz website anytime without further notice.

Billing

If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged upon your order. Your order will then be processed within 24 hours.

Any order cancellation request has to be informed within 24 hours. We appreciate that if you will inform us the reason for cancellation in order for us to better serve you on your future purchase with us. We apologize we are not able to accept any order cancellation after 24 hours or when your product has been shipped out.

Duty and Tax

If you are outside of New Zealand, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
